Excessively long exposure to the sun can pose serious health risks. Avoid overexposure or protect your skin with high filters when the sun is at its strongest. Sunscreen products do not provide 100% protection.

In order to achieve the desired level of protection indicated on the sunscreen, sunscreen products should be applied in quantities of 2 mg/cm2, which corresponds to 6 teaspoons of emulsion (approximately 36 grams) on the body of an average adult. Applying less sunscreen product leads to reduced protection. To maintain protection, reapply every 2 hours, after every time you wipe your body with a towel, swim or sweat.
